Palazzo Abadessa lies in the heart of Venice, close to Cà d'Oro, splendid palace in gothic style of the 15th century that overlooks the Grand Canal. Moreover, near the hotel you can find Campo Santa Sofia, where you can take the typical gondola-traghetto, which crossing the Grand Canal, will lead you in a few minutes to Rialto, where there is the celebrated bridge.

Another area we suggest that you visit is the ancient Jewish Ghetto, charming place where there are a lot of characteristic restaurants.

By plane
From the airport of Venice "Marco Polo" you can reach Palazzo Abadessa:
- With a private water taxi, so you can reach directly the private landing of the hotel.
- With the direct bus "Venezia Air Terminal" you can reach Piazzale Roma. From here you can take the water bus n 1 and get off at the stop Ca' d'Oro, go on along the street in front of the landing of the water bus until you reach Strada Nuova. Turn right and go on for about 20 meters, before Campo Santa Sofia, turn left in Calle Priuli. At the number 4011 you can find a big green door, from where you can enter in the garden of Palazzo Abadessa.
- With the Alilaguna water bus you can get off at the stop Fondamenta Nuove. From there you have to take Salizzada degli Specchieri and go on straight ahead, crossing all Campo dei Gesuiti until Fondamenta Zen. Then turn right, go on for about 30 meters and go over the bridge on your left side. Go straight ahead to Calle Zanardi and Ruga dei due Pozzi, until you find on your right Fondamenta Priuli, cross the first bridge on your left and you can find Palazzo Abadessa.

By car
-You can park your car at Tronchetto and take the water bus n 2 until Piazzale Roma, or you can park your car directly in Piazzale Roma. From there you can take the water bus n. 1 and get off at the stop Ca' d'Oro, go on along the street in front of the landing of the water bus until you reach Strada Nuova. Turn right and go on for about 20 meters, before Campo Santa Sofia, turn left in Calle Priuli. At the number 4011 you can find a big green door, from where you can enter in the garden of Palazzo Abadessa.

By train
- From the railway station you can reach Palazzo Abadessa taking the water bus n 1. Get off at the stop Ca' d'Oro, go on along the street in front of the landing of the water bus until you reach Strada Nuova. Turn right and go on for about 20 meters, before Campo Santa Sofia, turn left in Calle Priuli. At the number 4011 you can find a big green door, from where you can enter in the garden of Palazzo Abadessa.
